Support for Nordic projcts from Letterstedtska Föreningen

Letterstedtska Föreningen’s mission is to promote fellowship between the five Nordic countries in the fields of science, the arts and industry.

Each year, the association allocates approximately SEK 2–3 million in grants for Nordic purposes, both joint Nordic and national initiatives.

Through its grants, Letterstedtska Föreningen aims to support Nordic projects and activities that promote knowledge and exchange between people and organisations across the Nordic region.

The call for grant applications is sent separately to universities, higher education institutions and Nordic associations. It is regularly published in the final issue of the year of Nordisk Tidskrift, as well as on the website.

Grant applications for 2026
In 2026, grants will be awarded on two occasions: once in the spring and once in the autumn.

Application period for autumn 2026: 15 August–15 September.
