Nudibranchs look like nothing you could imagine, until you’ve seen them all. Flamboyant, dazzling, mesmerizing, words hardly do justice to their extraordinary shapes and vivid colors. On March 11, Fredrik Broms - a passionate marine biologist and nature photographer - will introduce us to the fascinating world of nudibranchs with a 20-minute documentary followed by stories, photos and Q&A.
The event takes place at The Arctic University Museum of Norway and is organized in collaboration with Rissa Citizen Science.

Another reason to join this event is that nudibranchs depend on kelp and other seaweeds to thrive. It will be exciting to monitor their presence along Sørsjetéen and in Telegrafbukta, where we restore kelp forests with volunteers.

The event is organized in collaboration with Rissa Citizen Science and is part of the the “Wednesday at the museum” series, featuring extended evening hours and monthly events.
Entrance is free for students!
