    Research interests

    Jeg er  ansvarlig for flere forskningsprosjekter innenfor miljø-, kreft- og perinatal epidemiologi:

    • Overvekt og fedme gjennom livsløpet og kreftrisiko (2022-2025)
    • Repeterte målinger av organiske miljøgifter, kroppsvekt, hormoner og lipider og risiko for type 2 diabetes. (2016-)
    • Tenåringsgraviditeter i republikken Georgia (2021-2024)

    I prosjektene benytter vi oss av data og blodprøver fra Kvinner og kreft-studien, Tromsøundersøkelsen og det nasjonale fødselsregisteret i Georgia. 

    I tillegg er jeg involvert i mange andre forskningsprosjekter innenfor liknende temaer.

    Jeg er hovedveileder for 2 PhD-studenter og 1 postdoc . I tillegg er jeg bi-veilder for 3 PhD-studenter.

     

    Teaching

    Jeg underviser i epidemiology og ernæringsepidemiologi på bachelorprogrammet i ernæring og på masterprogrammet i klinisk ernæring.
