Job description

Mine faglige kompetansefelt er immunhistokjemi (IHC protein) og in situ hybridisering (ISH microRNA og mRNA) hvor vi påviser biomarkører som har relevans innenfor kreftforskningen.

Ansvarsområder:

-  Laboratoriekontakt,  Drift av laboratoriet mht innkjøp, vedlikehold av utstyr etc. Kontaktledd til ledelse og driftsavdeling.

-  Stoffkartotekkontakt, Oppfølging av gruppas HMS arbeid i forhold til stoffkartotek, risikovurderinger og avfallshåndtering.  Kontaktledd til ledelse og øvrige HMS ansvarlige.

-  Planlegging av nye prosjekter mht metodevalg og beregning av kostnader.

-  Optimalisering av antistoffer og prober samt metodeutvikling og gjennomføring av prosjektene. 

-  Veiledning på lab av Bachelor, Master og PhD studenter
